Inspired by food, lifestyle, florals, and nature, each painting reflects moments of quiet beauty found in the everyday life. Every piece is carefully hand-drawn, preserving a sense of warmth and nostalgia, created to become a lasting work of art that can be cherished for years to come.

My Story

Art was my escape into a quiet dreamland as a child, the place where my journey as an artist first began. Growing up, my mum was my greatest inspiration. She was an artist herself, and perhaps, in many ways, I simply wanted to follow her world of colours and expression.

As life moved forward, that connection to art stayed with me. I started Colourplay from my home while I was still in law school, holding onto creativity alongside a very different path.

In 2026, I made the decision to take a leap, stepping away from law and fully embracing art. What began as a small, personal practice grew into something more intentional, leading me to open my own studio and focus on oil paintings inspired by everyday moments.

It wasn’t an easy transition. Shifting between two very different careers meant starting over in many ways. But it also meant choosing something that felt true, something I wanted to build slowly and meaningfully, through Colourplay.
