Shipping is free above Rs. 999 across PAN India. For international shipping, please write to hello@thecolourplay.com

Products are packed & shipped on weekdays. Once dispatched, it will take 6-7 days to deliver the package, depending on the delivery pin code.

Original paintings are dispatched within 7 days. Once dispatched, it will take 6-7 days to deliver the package, depending on the delivery pin code.

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Gazetted holidays. Unforeseen circumstances which affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.

On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to hand over your package. Please note that the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to me.
